Nataya Wright is the Founder and Clinical Director of Sprout Behavioral Health, where she has dedicated her career to empowering individuals, families, and communities to grow, heal, and thrive. A Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor (CPCS), she brings over 15 years of experience in the Human Services and Counseling field. Mrs. Wright is also an accomplished author, having written Masks Off, Crowns On, a book that inspires readers to embrace authenticity, personal growth, and resilience.
Throughout her career, Mrs. Wright has worked with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings—including schools, community agencies, and private practice—developing and implementing programs that bridge gaps in access to quality mental health care. Her clinical expertise includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and family systems interventions, all delivered through a compassionate, client-centered approach.
Mrs. Wright’s leadership philosophy is strength-based and team-focused.
